5. Course Access & LMS Accounts

• Upon successful payment, an account is automatically created for you on our Learning Management System.
• Login credentials are sent via email.
• Access is granted only to the individual purchaser and may not be shared.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse or sharing is detected.

6. Payments & Pricing

• All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Prices are displayed in EUR unless stated otherwise.
• Full payment is required before course access is granted.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time (existing purchases are unaffected).

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our courses:

• No refunds are issued once course access has been granted.
• By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate access and waive your right to withdraw under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU).
• Exceptional cases may be reviewed at our discretion.
